How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer weekends and holidays. Tent rentals for weddings and large events can book up months in advance. That said, give us a call — we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you don't have to worry about a thing. Your equipment will arrive clean and on time, and we'll take it all back down after your event is over.

What size tent do I need?

It depends on your guest count and how you plan to use the space. As a general guide:

Do you serve my area?

We're based in Walton, KY and serve Florence, Erlanger, Covington, Burlington, Hebron, Dry Ridge, Alexandria, Union, and all surrounding Northern Kentucky communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Just call us at 859-428-9888 and we'll let you know right away.

What if it rains?

Our tents are designed to provide solid weather protection. For added coverage, we offer tent sides in solid white or cathedral window style that can be added to fully enclose your tent. We recommend having sides on hand for any outdoor event, especially weddings and evening events.

Can I add tables and chairs to my tent rental?

Absolutely. We offer 5 ft. round tables, 8 ft. rectangular tables, and white metal frame chairs — all available to add to any tent rental. Everything gets delivered together in one trip so you're not juggling multiple vendors.

What colors are the tents available in?

Standard pole tents are available in bright white and assorted colors. High peak tents are available in bright white. Call us to ask about specific color availability for your event date.
